openvz: installation and management

Recommended OS: RHEL/CentOS, Debian.

Setup instruction can be found on the tubes. wiki.openvz.org is probably the best source of knowledge. ( CentOS specific instructions can be found at http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Virtualization/OpenVZ )
