I need not give an introduction about what Youtube is., but I’d certainly like to share the behind the scenes footage of Youtube.
Cuong Do, an early engineer of the site’s Core Product Engineering group tells all about Youtube’s infrastructure.
They use the nicest ( not the best ) of all the Open Source Components like Apache/Lighttpd, MySQL, Python, etc.,

One of my production servers has Subversion already installed. ( which means apr is already installed ! )
When I wanted to compile and install apache2, configure would not allow me to do and exited with this error
